Tenancy Takeover

Full-time student only (can be an upcoming student for the 2025/2026 year) to take over the last week or so of my tenancy August 2025. I pay £263/weekly, however I’m willing to bring it down to £200/weekly or total of £300 for the remainder of August depending on move-in date. If interested in staying for the 2025/2026 year starting September, the flat will be available at a reduced price of £240/weekly for 51 weeks or £245/weekly for 45 weeks. It is a beautiful, private Penthouse Studio at Atlas House - Homes for Students at Heavitree Road (just across St. Luke's Campus, next to the Waitrose and convenient bus stops). With an approximate space of 23 m², this spacious flat comes with a fabulous view (top floor, 3rd floor), private kitchenette including fridge, oven/hob, and microwave, and private bathroom. All bills included. A 30 min walk or 20 min bus to Streatham Campus. Please note that the building does not have a lift.
