Close to Heavitree fore street, with good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Near bus route to town and Uni, 15 mins walk to the RD & E Hospital.

There's another female lodger who's working.

Snoopy (15) mother of Coco (10) are calm, well behaved short haired Jack Russells who'll greet you enthusiastically if you welcome that. (not yappy!)

Looking for someone who's respectful of the household and general environment, preferably clean and tidy (in communal spaces). We occasionally eat together and you're welcome to join me on walks with my dogs maybe to places you hadn't thought of exploring.
Probably suit someone who doesn't have lots of personal possessions.

I'm a busy working professional, young at heart, and well travelled. Really enjoy meeting people from other cultures. Previous lodgers have mostly been international students studying Masters/Phds. I taught English as a foreign language in Hong Kong and worked as an ITU nurse in New Zealand & Cambridge.
