Large Double Room (furnished+bills)

Large double room available on the Quay (just off Topsham road behind the Port Royal) with a large shared garden.

The room is furnished: a double bed/mattress, wardrobe, bookshelves, side tables and drawers.

Its a two bed apartment set on private grounds and surrounded by garden. No parking available but permits can be found online.

There's also some storage outside for paddle-boards etc and a sheltered bike-rack which is shared with our neighbors.

The city centre's a ten minute walk and the closest coffee shop is 5 minutes (and pretty good coffee) just by the Waterfront.

Access to the property is via Larkbeare house, Topsham road side.


I'm a pretty respectful housemate and quite laid back - busy most of the time and ideally looking to share with someone chilled/likeminded who preferreably is equally as focussed on their career and self development aha.

I haven't posted many photos to retain some privacy and due to lots of interest I can/will only be offering in person viewings and on a first come basis.

No couples / students, sorry!
