House mate needed for a 2 person share a stones throw from the high-street, Cathedral Green and quay. Current flatmate is moving city so looking for someone new to move in and sign a new contract agreement with the landlady.

The room comes unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully furnished but happy to rejig things to accommodate any items someone would wish to bring in and re-assess the space to make it work

I enjoy company at home and like creating a relaxed space for sharing but am conscious of the need for personal space within that

Bills aren't included in the rent. Rent and Bills together comes to roughly £600 per month
