This studio includes:

There is a TV in the room, but it is not in use as it requires a TV licence subscription (not included).

There is also a study room and gym on the ground floor, both of which you can use for free. A shared laundry room on the ground floor is also available, but please note that wash usage requires payment.

💷 Rent: £260 per week, the full amount for all remaining weeks (until 22nd August) must be paid upfront before moving in.

I’m a graduating student and moving out in July, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

Of course, I will hand over the room clean and empty. If you’d like, I can also leave kitchen items for free – including a pot, frying pan, spoon, knife, and other utensils – as well as a duvet, pillows, and mattress cover.
