One large double room available in a 4 bed non-smoking student house in the desirable area of St David's, which is conveniently close to Streatham Campus and a two minute walk from St David's train station, from 1st September 2025.

Each room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and bedside table. The university and City Centre are a short walk away.

Communal areas include two shower rooms with shower, WC, and washbasin, a living room, kitchen and an outside courtyard garden. The kitchen is very well – equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

The rent is £650.00per person per month to include most bills. Tenants will be expected to sign a tenancy agreement .

There are two resident parking permits available to purchase via Devon County Council.

It may be possible to have a short length tenancy, but it would need to be for a minimum of four months.
