Double Bedroom available in House Share

Hello we are four friendly housemates looking for someone to join us in our home. As a household we require someone that is friendly, sociable and relatively easy going. Cleanliness is also important within our household. There are more pictures of the room to come.

The house is located in St. Thomas in Exeter, just a 15 minute walk from the quay and roughly a 20 minute walk into town. Four people share the bathroom on the first floor and there is also a toilet available to use downstairs. Garden space and garage available for everyone to use.

The room comes furnished with a wooden chest of drawers, single wardrobe, and a small double bed.
