Room in newly renovated house share

Looking for a housemate to share my newly renovated house in outskirts of Exeter.
New kitchen, bathroom, central heating and windows - and freshly decorated with period features.

Looking for a PhD student / professional training student (e. g. DClinPsy) since I am council tax exempt (although work at the uni).
Very close to pinhoe station for easy train travel to town/ uni and also good access to M5.
Close to Aldi/Lidl/ Sainsbury’s, as well as il grano.
It’s a pretty quiet spot, with friendly neighbours.
I work a busy job, and am often out in the evenings but enjoy good company. I live here mainly Tuesday-Friday, so you would usually have the house to yourself over the weekend.
My very social and calm dog (pictured) and partner occasionally visit, but they both live full time in north Devon.
So looking for someone who is pretty independent but also good company and can help look after the place when I’m away!
