Hi all! I’m Looking for a second lodger in my terraced property in Exeter. The room is a double on the ground floor at the front of the property. It is a 10/15 walk to the hospital and the centre of town, while having good access and a parking permit if you have a car. £650 including council tax, broadband, and water but not gas and electric. You’d be living with two professionals, one teacher (myself) and a cabinet maker. Both in our late 20’s, outgoing and sporty.
