Room to rent in St Thomas

Hi, I have a double room to rent in St Thomas, available from 5th November as my sister is moving out. It is a lovely and bright, high-ceiling Victorian terraced house. Our current landlords are a very lovely local couple.

You will be signing a new 6-month (to 1 month rolling) initial with myself as joint tenants. I have been here for 2.5 years and have been very happy!

I have one friendly little black cat called Kenny. Another cat in the house would be considered, she would love a friend!

I work locally and spend quite a lot of time at home, cooking relaxing and studying but also do socialise. I would welcome someone to share the house with me and be present as much as they would like, respecting your own time and privacy
