Double room overlooking garden, Exeter

Beautiful house overlooking the city with a large garden, with a fire-pit at the top. Both the double room and the bathroom have locks for your privacy but you’re very welcome to make use of the whole house and garden.

I own and live at the property, work full time and have lived in many shared houses over the years so am used to sharing space. Financially it makes sense for me to rent my spare room, but I’m ideally looking for either a short-term let, or someone who needs the room for a few days each week (obviously the rent can be adjusted accordingly for this) so that I will still have some periods with the house to myself.
