The house is a 2 bedroom bungalow in a private estate a short 5 minutes walk from John Lewis (City Centre). Current tenant is a professional working long hours including nights. House has all household furniture and appliances including hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer as well as central heating. Spare bedroom has a sofa bed I’m happy for tenant to use, but this can be moved to make space for a bed if you so wish. There is also an aerial point in the room if you wish to have a TV in your bedroom.
All bills including council tax are included in the price. I have a parking spot outside the house I don’t use, and a place to park a bike in the garden.
