Exeter double room in shared terrace house

Seeking a reliable, tidy & chilled person to rent the downstairs double bedroom, from October 2025. Minimum 4 months with possibility of extension if living situation works well. Bedroom is at the back of house so bedroom is nice & quiet. Shared kitchen, bathroom & living room. Currently, two busy, easygoing biology research fellows live in the 2 upstairs bedrooms (1 American/1 British). One of which will be away Nov-Dec. ~20min walk into city centre. All bills included. There’s a shed to store a bike and there is a parking permit available to buy for ~£30 if needed. Happy to arrange a chat for any queries.
