Flat share, double room near Exeter city

Quiet, clean flat share with a double room close to the city centre. The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen, large living room, and parking available. The living room is furnished but the bedroom room is not my current flat mate may be able to give some furniture when he leaves if required. I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going housemate.
