Welcome to my peaceful, detached house located in a quiet neighbourhood, around 30 minutes walk to Exeter and the Quay. The room available is private and cosy.
I'm not planning to be around much at all, so you'll have the house to yourself most of the time. I work and stay with my partner and I rarely come back to Exeter. Couples are welcome but rent will be £1,250.
I’m looking for a professional person or couple who’d enjoy a calm, comfortable home environment.
