Looking for the right housemate :)

Hi, I’m Michelle, I work as an administrator for school’s across the Exeter area.
I live alone with my very friendly 3 legged rescue dog named Casper :)
The house has a small rear patio area, and a grassed fenced off garden out the front that over looks a lovely park.
I have my own private parking space that is optional in renting out.
My location is walking distance to the RD&E hospital and central Exeter.
I work from an office in Sowton Monday-Friday AM and I work from home in the afternoons (to keep my 3 legged boy company of course!)
I like to go out and socialise with friends and see family on the weekends, during the week myself and Casper enjoy an early snuggle in bed, which would leave the rest of the house free for someone to have some downtown! But also happy to socialize with our housemate and provide company (and snuggles from Casper!) should they prefer/be open.
Casper does not bark, we do tend to get up early for our morning walk, but are quiet and respectful. Casper does not bark when anyone comes to the door, or in general when at home in his safe place, he is just a happy boy who is grateful that I rescued him from a shelter in Romania 2 and a half years ago, a cold shelter was no place for a 3 legged boy!
I’m not looking to rush into accepting any housemate, Casper’s approval is a must 😅 although he loves the ladies so he’ll be sold easily 🤦‍♀️🤣

Prior to my current role, I worked as civilian staff for the Police working shifts, so I am very mindful and respectful of others working schedules.
