Shared House above the Quay, Exeter - Room to rent

Hi,
My flatmate and I are two working professionals who have lived in the apartment for around 3 years. Its a 3 bed shared apartment located just above the Quay (almost in the centre of Exeter). We are about a 15 minute walk from Exeter Central and St Davids station and less than that too the bus station. The city cnetre is just up the hill about 7 minutes away but it dosent feel like that consdering you can walk out the door and 30 seconds later your on the Quay.
Its a genuinely lovely place to live.
We are two very relaxed guys who are looking for someone similar to come join us. Our flat mate recently moved too bristol with his partner after li in with us for a few years and getting a new job up there.
The apartment is spread over 2 floors. The first containing 3 bedrooms, a shared bathroom for two of the rooms and a shared washer and dryer utilities area. The top floor contains the living/ dining room and kitchen. The house is fairly spacious and was completely renovated and uodated around 5 years ago so is equipped with modern amenities.
Your room is the second biggest with a large window letting in lots of light. The modern bathroom with waterfall shower is located right next to your room as well and is shared with one other room.
The rent is very reasonable and all rent , bills and council tax are shared between us all. Thr house comes with the option to purchase a residents parking permit for the area from the council. It also has fibre optic super high speed Internet.

The flat is managed by our landlords PA called Rosy (who is really lovely and super relaxed). She will want to see proof of financial stability and there is a security deposit to pay. Standard renting stuff but we are lucky with her how easy she is with us
