Tenant needed as soon as possible

Tenancy available right now (all girls house but in need of anyone as soon as possible)
Looking for someone to take over my tenancy this year in a three person (cottage) house with a large garden and patio on campus next to East Park.
Double bed, shared kitchen, bathroom and living room, including tumble dryer, TV and spare kitchen supplies. £151 per week (£607 per month). Started September and tenancy runs till July.
Looking for someone to live there this year but the current tenants would like to apply for the same house next year too, so if interested in a two year contract let me know, but this is not mandatory.
Must be a student!
