Comfy single room in well equipped home

Hi, I'm a professional who only now needs occasional access to my family home, so for a live in landlord I am only a visitor about once a week. My daughter is a postgrad student elsewhere, but uses the property as her home base during holidays. We have had one international lodger who has been with us for 3 years, she is a 23 year old professional. Its a easy going family home and generally our lodgers leave as friends - but there is no pressure, plenty of space and you'll often have communal spaces to yourself.

We have a single bedroom that is well suited for a student. It has access to a family bathroom with bath and walk in shower which is also used by our lodger, so you would be sharing with one other person. There are two other bathrooms, so no queues for the loo!

The kitchen is well equipped as a family home. There is access to bike / outdoor equipment storage in a secured shed and some loft space if you have suitcases etc to store. You are welcome to bring your own things but we are also able to provide bedding etc if you want.

All bills are included, we have fibre broadband and a great cleaner who comes fortnightly to do communal areas and can include hoovering/dusting your bedroom if you choose.

We do now have a proper chair for the desk!

Its a strictly non smoking household.
