I am hoping to pass my tenancy over for this property on New Bridge Street. There is a large kitchen/shared living space. The kitchen has two fridges and two ovens and plenty of space. There is a room on the same floor with washer, dryer and freezer.

The room is small but well furnished. There is a connected bathroom, shared with one other tenant.

The location is fantastic, you are a short walk from the city centre and close to the river. There are loads of restaurants, cafes and shops on the same street, as well as a very convenient co-op.

Council tax band D - but all bills are included within the rent. Note: The photo is of another room in the property but it is very similar.
