This house comes complete with modern furniture and kitchen appliances. There are 2 large fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, built in oven and induction hob.
The lounge/diner has a huge dining table and very comfortable corner sofa.

The bedrooms all have comfortable mattresses, plenty of wardrobe space, desk, chair, chest of drawers, etc. Four of them have a washbasin. All bedrooms are for single occupancy.
The available room is a good size double with plenty of storage on the first floor at the back of the house, overlooking the garden.

It is a friendly, sociable group of housemates who would prefer someone who joins in and is looking for somewhere they can settle and live for a long time. Ideally a lot longer than 6 months.

There is a secure bike store.

The back garden is ideal for BBQs and sun bathing with areas of patio and non-slip decking.

Gas, electric, water, council tax (band D) and broadband included. Rent is payable monthly at £650 (this is £150 per week).

Currently the rooms have been taken by graduate professionals, and PhD and mature students but we often have researchers, post grads or final year undergrads.

Minimum of 6 months, preferably much longer.
