Double Bedroom near RD&E and DCC

Hi! I’m 24 and a young professional working for Torbay Council in Adult Social Care Commissioning, usually working from home 2–3 days a week. I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going person to share a relaxed and sociable home with.

The room is a bright double in a modern townhouse ideally located between DCC and the RD&E – perfect if you work or study nearby. The house is in a quiet, green setting with a small garden and open green space just outside.

You’ll have a bathroom right next to your room which is essentially for your use (only occasionally shared if I have guests). There’s also a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable, easy-going living setup.

It’s just me and my British Longhair cat – he’s friendly, relaxed, and enjoys a bit of attention 🐱

Parking is available (permit area, with one space currently free), and there’s also space for bike storage.

I’m ideally looking for someone aged 21–35 – a young professional or postgrad who enjoys a sociable home. It would be great to live with someone who’s up for the occasional chat, drink, or exploring Exeter, rather than just a housemate.

I’m gay (in case relevant to you), and open-minded – just looking for someone kind, tidy, and easy to live with.

Smoking/vaping is fine in the garden.
