This room is really spacious yet cosy, and will give you plenty of space to enjoy. Its warm and gets sun in both the morning and evenings.

The communal spaces of the living room and kitchen are functional, clean and tidy. The landlady has invested in good insulation and decent quality fittings which make the house easy to look after. There is a home office setup if you would need to use it.

There is a small patio area at the back of the house, accessible via an external gate for secure bike parking. Parking is on the street, permit only (£30/yr)
