The Printworks Exeter

The Printworks is a student accommodation with a good study space, a free gym, a play area with eight ball table, darts, and space to share with other mates. I am currently living here and now I’m moving out so I need someone to stay in my contract instead of me. We have to talk in detail about the deposit. Contact for more details.

The room has a double bed, a large study table, book shelves, bedside table, wardrobe, private bathroom.

The common kitchen has all the necessary equipment like kettle, oven, microwave oven, four electric hob, toaster , five people dining and many cupboards to store utensils.
