It has a double bed and mattress, very large double built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a wash hand basin. The rents is £143pw and is inclusive of all bills.

The house is a fully licensed HMO with Exeter City Council.
We are a friendly shared house of working professionals (currently 4 females) in our 20's and are looking for sociable, non-smoking considerate housemates to join us.

The house is in Regents Park. It includes a newly refurbished kitchen, two modern shower rooms, gas central heating, washing machine, TV, Broadband etc. A garage is available for bikes.

The house is within easy walking distance of Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, St Lukes and Exeter City Centre. The Met Office and Sowton Estate are an easy commute. A variety of good pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops are within a couple of minutes’ walk.
The rent is inclusive of: Council Tax, TV License, Water, Gas , Electricity and high speed Broadband.
