1 room in a brand new house to rent from January

Looking to fill 1 bedroom in a 2 bed house from now until 31st July 2026 due to someone dropping out. Sharing with one other female 3rd year student. The house is fully furnished and the room has a small double bed, 1 desk and wardrobe. In the kitchen there is a smart TV and storage unit downstairs. The whole house has been completely refurbished and you will be the first student in the room. Ideally looking to fill the room with 1 female student. Can't take couples as the house is only suitable for 2 people.

Rent is £800 per month and includes fibre wifi, unlimited water, TV license and a parking permit. Energy is not included and ranges from £40-£100 per month (for the whole house) but will depend on use.

Ideally looking for a female to fill the room as you will be sharing with another female student (3rd year student).

Contract dates: now or as soon as possible until 31st July 2026.
Security Deposit is 1 months rent (£800).
Also includes outside enclosed paved garden with BBQ area, washer dryer, Google Nest. Extremely high quality of accommodation and the property is managed directly by the landlord for a better experience.
