Student En-suite room available for the summer

I am looking for a female first year or about to be first year exeter uni student/summer school student to replace my tenancy in my classic en-suite room at Cricket Field Court over the summer. The flat will have 5 other girls who are all lovely and very clean. The room itself has a small double bed, a large desk, mirror, radiator, chair, bedside table, pinboard and mirror. The bathroom has an enclosed shower, sink, mirror, toilet and two shelves. The shared kitchen gives you two cuoboards to yourself as well as 1.5 large shelves in the fridge, it has an oven, electric hob, kettle and toaster with a living area that has a dining table and two sofas. The building is really nice and modern, very safe with a lot of security additions and very nice and friendly receptionists. There is on call security and maintance work. Also there is a common games room for the whole building which has a pool table, tv, study room and games. There is also a new room for laundry. It is a very nice place to live and super close to the university. I would definitely reccomend! I am happy to begin the lease anytime from april 1st to april 30th!
