The property is registered with Exeter city council as an HMO and has a Grade A fire alarm system.
A cleaner will attend to clean the communal areas on a regular basis.

The rent is £620 pcm and includes : Council Tax, TV License, Water, Gas, Electricity and high speed broadband.
