I am currently looking for someone to replace me at the Northfield, New North Road, Exeter. En-suite one-bed flat, fully furnished, with a double bed and a private open-plan kitchen. The apartment boasts ample storage space, featuring a wardrobe, bedside shelf, drawers, coat hooks, and underbed storage. There is also a living room area and a large desk, a chair with bookshelves and a noticeboard for studying. Preferably willing to move on or before January 15th.
