Double room in student house

I have a large attic room in a 6 bed student house & am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my tenancy(ends July 2026). The house is roughly equidistant between Streatham & St Luke’s campuses & has great access to buses & trains.
My room is furnished with a double bed, bedside chest, chest of drawers, desk&chair & has a wardrobe alcove. It is light & airy & the large velux window has great views across rooftops to St Mark’s church. There is a shower room with toilet & a separate toilet on the second floor & a separate shower room on the ground floor. There is a large kitchen/living area with a decked yard outside.
My housemates are all 2nd year students at Exeter University.
We split the bills between us & they are currently quite low & very affordable.
I am leaving my course so need someone to take over my tenancy.
