Bright Double Room in Beautiful Victorian Terrace

We’re a friendly, social house and love spending time together, whether that’s pottery painting, going on hikes, or even organising the occasional surfing trip. It’s a relaxed, welcoming place where people enjoy sharing the space while still having room to relax in their own space.

The location is a real highlight. We’re surrounded by green spaces, with a lovely park nearby and easy access to the Quayside, perfect for riverside walks, cycling, and stopping off at cafés and restaurants along the way. There are loads of scenic river walks right on the doorstep, plus a cycle path that takes you all the way to the coast.

It’s also super convenient: around a 20-minute walk into Exeter city centre and Exeter St David’s station, with bus routes close by. There’s a brilliant local bakery and deli just a five-minute walk away, as well as a Co-op and Tesco for everyday essentials.

We have one principal double bedroom available, which comes with plenty of storage, lots of natural light and a comfy double bed – perfect for settling in and feeling at home.

The kitchen has been newly renovated and the bedrooms have recently been redecorated, so the house feels fresh, well cared for and inviting. There’s a snug little seating area in the kitchen with a TV, plus a separate living room and dining room, giving plenty of relaxed spaces to unwind, chat or do your own thing.

The house has three fully furnished double bedrooms:
• Room 1: Loft bedroom – taken
• Room 2: Principal double bedroom – available from January 2026
• Room 3: Single bedroom – taken

All bills are included, covering water, gas, electricity, and fast, reliable broadband throughout the house.
