We are a friendly shared house of working professionals (currently 3 girls) in our 20's and are looking for sociable, non-smoking considerate housemates to join us.
The rooms all have double beds, chest of drawers and built in wardrobes.
The house is in Regents Park. It includes a newly refurbished kitchen, two modern shower rooms, gas central heating, washing machine, TV, Broadband etc. A garage is available for bikes.
The house is within easy walking distance of Exeter City Centre, Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital and St Lukes. The Met Office and Sowton Estate are an easy commute. A variety of good pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops are within a couple of minutes’ walk.
The rent is inclusive of: Council Tax, TV License, Water, Gas , Electricity and high speed Broadband.
