Double room in 4 bed, 3 story hi spec new build

Unfortunately in the early stages of a divorce (which so far is amicable). The room would be either on the ground floor or first floor of a 4 storey 3 year old hi spec quality new build in the Pinhoe area of Exeter which I currently rent out, but will be looking at moving into to. I'm really easy going, extremely clean and tidy. Two beautiful children (4 and 8) which will be staying over half the week. WFH 3 days a week. Looking for a male or female who is fun, chilled, clean & tidy, and generally has their s**t together in life! Cheers :)
