Large double room with en suite

Hello!

I’m advertising my loft room for rent. It is a large double room with a good sized en-suite. Bills are included.

We are a quiet family living in St Thomas, looking for a lodger who is happy to rent a room in a family home.

The room itself if lovely and big, with a good sized en-suite. It’s in the eaves of the house, with just the bedroom and En-suite on that floor, so it feels nice and private. The shared areas will be our large open plan kitchen diner and hallway spaces. Our home is a 20 minute walk to the city centre, and near good bus routes and train stations. It is myself, my husband and eleven year old son, so we are looking for someone who is happy to live alongside our family unit. We also have a much adored cat.

The room comes furnished, which includes a double bed with brand new mattress, desk and chair, lamp, bedside table, clothes rail, bookshelf and chest of drawers. The en-suite has a toilet, sink and shower. I can provide bedding and towels if needed.
