The house is in Regents Park, which is within walking distance of Exeter City, Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital and St Lukes. The Met Office and Sowton Estate are an easy commute. A variety of good pubs, restaurants, take-aways and shops are within a couple of minutes’ walk.
The property is registered with Exeter city council as an HMO and has a Grade A fire alarm system.
There is also parking permit available.

The rent is £620 pcm
The rent includes : Council Tax, TV License, Water, Gas, Electricity and high speed broadband.
