Close to RD&E, Cavendish needs a new housemate

We are currently looking to find a housemate (Not a Student) for our shared house in Mont le grand (Heavitree). The house is a Victorian terrace in a great location next to a small park.
A variety of good pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops are within a couple of minutes’ walk.
RD&E hospital and St Lukes are 10 minutes walk , and the high street 15 minutes walk.

The room is a large double aspect and has three fitted wardrobes, so lots of storage and a double bed.
The house has recently been refurbished-new kitchen, a bathroom (with shower), a shower room, and a living room. The house also benefits from a cosy rear patio garden.

An on-street parking permit is also available.

The rent is inclusive of: Council Tax, TV License, Water, Gas, Electricity and Broadband.

We are a friendly shared house and are looking for a friendly, tidy, reasonably quiet and considerate professional housemate to join us.
