Close to RD&E, Cavendish needs a new housemate

We are currently looking to find a housemate for our shared house in Mont le grand (Heavitree). The house is a Victorian terrace in a great location next to a small park.
A variety of good pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops are within a couple of minutes’ walk.
RD&E hospital, St Lukes are 10 minutes , and the high street 15minutes.

The room comes with a double bed plus a fitted wardrobe and cupboards. The house has recently been refurbished-new kitchen, a bathroom (with shower), a shower room, and a living room. The house also benefits from a cosy rear patio garden.

An on-street parking permit is also available.

The rent is inclusive of: Council Tax, TV License, Water, Gas, Electricity and Broadband.

We are a friendly shared house and are looking for a friendly, tidy, reasonably quiet and considerate professional housemate to join us.
