2 Bedrooms available in Central Exeter House

I am a 46-year-old teacher and currently live in Spain. I come back to stay in the house one or two weekends per month during term time and during the school holidays. When I am at the house, my 8-year-old daughter may also stay and share my bedroom with me, which is located on the 3rd floor.

The 2 bedrooms for rent are together on the second floor, along with the bathroom and office. On the ground floor is an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen and a loo.

The property is in the city centre, close to the high street, university and hospital. There is a back garden, and permit parking is available on the quiet road outside the house.

The house is fully furnished, with broadband. The smaller bedroom will be furnished with a double bed if required, and I can also change the colour of the walls and the furniture to suit the occupant.

The bills will be split between 3 people, but at this stage I do not know how much that will be. If you only want to stay for a short time, then we can discuss increasing the rent to cover estimated bills.

I have just taken hold of the property again after renting it out for the last 2 years. The rooms will become available within the next couple of weeks, after I have checked the house over and completed any necessary repairs.

I am not looking for anyone in particular, as long as you don't mind a child occasionally being around and you are respectful of other people living in the house.
