I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a Deluxe En-Suite room at Boutique Student Living in Exeter for the remainder of the contract (from the end of March until 17 July). It is £195 per week. The next and final instalment is due on the 29th of April. Happy to negotiate pricing. This is perfect for a student needing accommodation for the summer term or a short-term stay in Exeter.

The Room:
The room is a modern Deluxe En-Suite (approx. 18–19m²) in a shared flat of 6 students. It’s fully furnished and designed for comfortable student living.
