I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy for a fantastic studio flat in Renslade House (managed by Prestige Student Living). I am vacating early, so this is a great opportunity to grab a studio right in the heart of Exeter!

The Process: This is an official Tenancy Takeover. You will take over the remainder of my contract directly through Prestige Student Living, meaning everything is fully secure, legal, and handled properly by the building management.
