We have a double room available in our house share. It's a newly decorated sunny room, fully-furnished with plenty of storage space and a great view of the garden.

We're long-term friends & housemates and enjoy a social atmosphere, but equally like to keep things clean and respectful at home. We think the room would be a great fit for someone with an active social/ work life, who might like to chill and socialise some evenings. Equally, we like time to ourselves and have various things on in the week between us, though we mainly work from home.

A new lodger needs to be pet-friendly, as we have a lovely pet hamster and James occasionally dog-sits too :)
