One of us was sadly unable to make it so we’re looking for a 6th to join us this year at our house in Monterey Gardens. We’re 5 second year STEM students (don’t worry we’re hygienic), all guys.
We’re about a 10 minutes walk from morrisons, 25 from campus, 25 from high street.
We have a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a pleasant living room and a back garden.

Bathrooms - 3 (2 people share one)
Tenancy - 12 months starting 29/06/26, occupation date 06/07/26
Rent - £847 per month, equating to £195 per week (covers utilities too)
