Double room to rent - Exeter

A furnished double room is available in my colourful two bedroom home in Exeter. The room comes with a double bed, mattress and clothes rail.

The downstairs comprises a kitchen/diner and living room. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

I'm a woman in my 30s and I share my home with my cocker spaniel, so you'll need to be okay living with a dog. I work 8am–6pm, four days a week and work from home from time to time. I'm looking for someone to share my home who is considerate of the shared space during the day as well as in the evenings.

My home is always clean and tidy and I'd like to live with someone who respects this.

I might have friends over from time to time but I'm not into parties or late nights. You won't have to contend with loud music but may occasionally hear the TV.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly and considerate to each other's space. If that sounds like you, I'd love to hear arrange to meet up.
