Single En-suite, spreytonway, contract takeover

Looking for a University of Exeter student to take over my Single En-suite room contract at Spreytonway, St Germans Road, Exeter, EX4 6TJ. This is postgraduate accommodation on Streatham Campus, close to lectures and the city centre.

Room: Single En-suite, furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.
Flat: Shared kitchen and lounge, high-speed wired/wireless wifi included, laundry on-site.
Contract: Self-Catered, 51-week January contract, running 04/08/2026 – 02/01/2027.
Rent: approx. £930/month (£4,655.33 total).

Must be a currently registered University of Exeter student, not already contracted to university accommodation. The handover has to be approved and processed through the University Accommodation Office — I can’t hand over keys directly.
