Student accommodation available near campus

Hi there, we are 3 people who have a flat within a 20 min walk from Streatham campus, looking for a 4th housemate.

The flat is on St. David's Hill, close to St David's train station, as well as The Imperial, and is only £145ppw bills INCLUDED.
Available from 1st Sept for the full academic year, with a private car park if needed.

We are a group students going into 2nd year who are sociable, friendly and easy-going, and would love to have you join us next year.

There is no council tax as the house is for FULL TIME STUDENTS ONLY.
NO PETS ALLOWED
