Cozy single room in luxury detached house, Exeter City Centre.

THE ROOM & HOUSE:
A cozy, small single room (2.5m x 2.7m) is available in a luxury detached 4-bedroom house located right in Exeter city centre (within easy walking distance to the town centre).

The room is currently furnished with a single bed and a small chest of drawers. Because of its size, it will best suit someone without a lot of belongings! However, I am happy to add wardrobes or other suitable furniture to help maximize your storage. You will have access to smart heating, a spacious kitchen/diner, a shared main bathroom, and a separate downstairs WC.

THE HOUSEHOLD DYNAMIC:
You will be sharing with myself (a male, work-from-home professional who also travels abroad for several months of the year) and one friendly female lodger. Because we currently have a mixed-gender household, a female housemate is preferred to maintain a comfortable and balanced dynamic for everyone.

THE IDEAL HOUSEMATE:
- Working professionals preferred, but students are also very welcome.
- Single occupancy only.
- Clean, tidy, and respectful.
- A minimum stay of 6 months is preferred.

RENT & BILLS:
- Rent: £695 pcm
- Utilities: A small fixed contribution of £50 pcm towards bills.
