The house is around a 20-minute walk from Exeter city centre and Exeter St David’s train station, with bus services also available nearby. It’s also really close to the Quay, with lots of lovely walking and cycling routes and bike trails nearby.

There’s an amazing bakery and deli just a 5-minute walk away, as well as local amenities including Co-op and Tesco, also around 5 minutes away.
