My flatmate is moving away so I'm looking for someone to take over her room. The flat is very near to the city centre in a new-ish development on New North Road which has a key fob entry system. The room is a double with its own bathroom. Laundry facilities are available. More photos to follow shortly but feel free to ask any questions in the meantime.

It's perfect for a young professional or person working in the city. It would not really suit a student as the tenancy wouldn't be around term times. Ideally I would like to find someone who is friendly and clean and who respects privacy! I work during the week and spend a lot of my spare time in the gym so you would have probably have the place to yourself a lot of the time.

The landlord will also want to conduct their own checks.
