Typically Masters Students need 1 year and PhD Students need 3 or 4 years, lets discuss your needs.

The house is located in the Mount Pleasant district and is ideal for the University's Streatham and St Lukes Campuses and the Medical School.

There is "on street parking" at the front of the house.
It is regulated with Residents Parking Permits at £35 per year. 2 permits are available for each property.

The house is spacious and warm. It has 5 Study/Double Bedrooms, a large Kitchen/Diner with a sofa and small communal area to spend time together, Bathroom, Shower Room, Rear Garden with Lockable Bike Store. The house is Double Glazed, has Gas Central Heating and is well equipped, comfortable and clean.

All of the appliances are the latest low energy products to reduce the cost of the Utility Bills

There is a Virgin 125Mb Internet service with WiFi throughout the house.

The House is a Non Smoking house.
