Friendly married couple looking for a lodger for their small double/large single sized spare room.

Looking for a lodger who will make themselves feel at home and make full use of the other rooms with the couple: bathroom, kitchen, conservatory, patio, garden (jungle)

We offer a timeshare with our affectionate cat - sorry but he'll creep in and cuddle up to you anyway when you aren't looking.

Your room has a TV and Freesat+ already installed, but you are more than welcome to come and nest in the frontroom and play video games, chat or watch tv and films with us.

Your room also has a chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and a set of shelves. I will buy a bed for you once you decide whether you'd like a single or double bed. I am happy to even buy duvet, bedding and pillows if needed.

We have a washing machine but no dryer so it's airers and radiators for drying. Quite happy for our lodger to use our washing powder and even happy to just stick their washing going with ours at the same time.

I will warn you - we are not living in a show home so everything is quite comfortable and old. We get in a cleaner 1-2 times a week who does all the rooms except the bedrooms, so you'll just need to make sure and keep your room clean.

If you can put up with my cooking you can eat your meals with us: stir fry's, pasta bakes, sausage casseroles, roast dinners, salads, toad in the hole etc.. if you have a taste in food different to our own I don't mind if you want to have a cupboard and shelf in the fridge and cook for yourself.

I order our food 1-2 times a fortnight via Tesco and i'm happy if you want to add a few reasonable items in with our shopping, too much and I may ask for a few pennies.

As I work from home it does mean I'm almost always here. On a plus side it means I have a great broadband/phone and tv package which you can use.

We really are looking for someone that will make themselves feel at home.
