Shared Kitchen, sitting room, diningroom and 2 Shower rooms .Gas central heating, hot water at all times. There is BT broadband fast internet access . There is a sunny courtyard garden.

The rent is £420 this includes water rates council tax, broadband and cleaners wages. It is payable by standing order on the 1st of each month. A 420 deposit is payable and references required.
